Installation Process

Sears Home Improvement Products offers a turnkey solution for its customers. After a sale, there is a smooth transition to our production and installation team to complete the home improvement project. Individuals with key roles in this process are our Project Coordinators who are responsible for coordinating production/installation activity between the licensed sub-contractor, the product vendor, and the customer. The licensed sub-contractor is responsible for removing existing items which are being remodeled and installs the new product for the customer.

Project Coordinator

  • Each Job is assigned to a Project Coordinator specializing in that product.
  • Communication with the customer occurs across the life-cycle of the product installation process and includes a final installation review between the contractor and the customer.

Licensed Sub-Contractor

  • Sub-Contractors are experienced product installers with strong industry experience who work closely with the Project Coordinator and the customer across the installation life-cycle.
  • All Sub-Contractors must pass applicable background checks including a criminal background check.
